My cup was cracked when I opened my shipment. It was wrapped in bubble wrap but when I understand unwrapped it I noticed the cup had a Crack in it.
Could I please get a replacement? Thank you very much.

. I'm extremely upset.
I've contacted this company. Numerous amount of times through emails, me messages and everything and nobody has ever got back in touch with me. I have not got a refund for the last order. I got an order that I did not want.
And now I'm stuck here having to send something back that I no longer wanted anyway. I do not want to be a part of this company at all.

Ive gone to manage subscription on the portal and it freezes up every time

I do not know why no one can just keep me cancel this

I received my 2nd order of Javy Coffee today. I was supposed to get a summer tumbler and recipe book along with the 2 Javy Coffees'. I never got the recipe book and my tumbler was cracked in several places so no chance of using that.

I received an order dated September 9, 2024 with the ID: 0-399879**** and PO: 164****-JC. To my dismay, I have noticed that another order has been charged to my account for this month.
This means that I have been charged for two orders that I have requested to be refunded to my banking account.
While the product is of good quality, I am no longer interested due to personal concerns. I urgently require all future orders to be stopped.
Furthermore, I request immediate reimbursement for the charged amounts. This matter requires prompt attention.

Only way u can return your product is by a contact form. It's been 2 weeks and still no one has reached out to be about an return label. Watch out with this company.

They will not cancel my subscription and keep charging me. I tried emailing them days ago, no answer.
I cant even get into my account even though I dont even remember creating one. I dont recall okaying a subscription either. This happened last month.
I asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription. They only refunded me.

Did not realize that my first order was not a one time only shipment, but it was set up as a "subscription " monthly shipment. I do not want a monthly shipment!!!
Have tried to cancel it, with only receiving an email saying that they are experiencing longer than average wait times, and they will get back to me ASAP.
First email sent to them was on 8/29.
Second was sent 9/3.
Tried again today and it keeps looping back to website areas I don't want to be. It doesn't actually let you cancel permanently and get confirmation it was successful.

Just cancel the subscription!!

I have been trying to get an answer for over a week as to how to return a shipment I did not agree to order. No response. No way to call. Don’t want billed for something I didn’t agree to.
I just want to return a shipment. Simple request .
I did not want automatic shipment. We got original, didnt like and wanted no more.

Can't contact to cancelled.They have no customer service to talk to or phone number.If you leave email they are very slow to respond. A lot of there product does not taste well at all. Had no idea that they would be charging me for another batch of same thing.I would hope someone from customer service gets back in touch with me to make sure subscription has been cancelled.
