They stole money from my account, and will not refund it!
Beware!!! I ordered coffee once, and it came to 106.00 didnt cancel, i forgot about supscription ..many do.
It's how they rob you! I notice they pulled 150.31 for another same order. They themselves told me it should have been 106.00!
No refund folks. Prepare to be robbed!

So I did it one time purchase of Javy coffee. I was sure to select the one time purchase before checking out.
Here it is 30 days later and they have signed me up for a subscription. Charged my card. Ive sent them over 1000 emails and messages over the last five days. Absolutely zero response!
Theyre probably used to this because their product is horrible. It is like the worst *** ever save your money and the headache of being charged for products.
You dont receive and subscriptions you never signed up for. Javy coffee is 100% scammers

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to text the company until I got a blister on my thumb. Took a month + to get my order.
Ordered and paid 45.00 almost a month ago. Still in preshipment.
Customer service sends me were sorry emails but can't seem to do what you would expect.
Send me my order. I've requested a refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Because they decided to charge me without any notice, I had to dispute with my bank since I did not make this transaction. They say I agreed to it, but when I went back and checked, I was saying yes to my one time purchase.
After emailing (they have no number) they said since I wanted to cancel the same day I got the notification they were charging me again that there was nothing they could do.
I have to get a new card because of this. Coffee is ok, definitely not worth the $80 they fraudulently charged me.

No customer service number and tricked into a membership. I am elderly. They are mailing me stuff I do not want and charging my account
I placed a 1 time order. I had NO IDEA I was joining a membership.
Now, I am getting notices that new orders are on the way and charging my account.
I am elderly, I did not realize I joined any type of membership. This is FRAUD AND A SCAM.

Product is okay, but pricey.
This was on January 25. My first contact was on January 19 on January 25 The email said it was taken care of and then I went to the subscriptions and canceled my subscription so no re-orders would come my way I received in the mail today another box of eight jars. This should have been canceled already. The order numbers originally were 221-**** and 221-**** in my order today of another 8 jars with tracking number943463****0402******** there were no papers.
How do I get this refunded and canceled. I thought this was taken care of. Also, it said I would get a phone call within 2448 hours on my other messages and I never did so its very hard to communicate just through email.
Its nice to have a customer service person on the phone. Why say youre gonna call back and not?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. When I got away from artificial intelligence to a live person they understood the situation and capitulated.
. they tried to ignore you as if you would just go away... i will pursue this to to court if necessary.
This place is a scam and a RIP off

Verified ReviewerIf I could give it a ZERO I would. I canceled January 15, 2025. I received an alert from my credit card company stating a $92.84 charge for coffee that I did not order.
Coffee is on its way now, which I did not order. I have sent numerous emails concerning this issue.
NOT ONE response.
I clicked on CHAT, only to be charged $55 for WHAT ? This is one company that I would not recommend to anybody.

Yesterday I placed an order but was not given the 65% off, was charged extra for three items I did not order, and did not see two of the coffees that I did order. I've tried to telephone the company unsuccessfully, have sent email & texts to JAVVY, and am truly bewildered by the weird switch-ups listed that were not correct.

I did not order subscription service. I would like my refund of $81.16 refunded immediately. I will contact the BBB if I dont receive it by the end of April!

I was taken in by the free trial of protein coffee which. I filled out the form and paid shipping no where did I see a subscription marked.
I looked at my bank just to be in the negative because they charged me over 82 dollars for something I did not want nor knowingly sign up for. I contacted through email only to be told that not even two hours after they removed money from account that it was with their warehouse and could not be cancelled. I explained my situation on how this non-approved withdrawal of money had literally drained my bank leaving me with overdraft fee's. Also telling them to email their warehouse to cancel because I don't have money to wait for them to ship it just to send back.
They ignored my email and shipped it anyway.
Now they are not writing back. Reported to BBB and department of consumer affairs and will be getting a new card due to this WILL NEVER RECOMMEND

I literally cannot cancel my order.
I started a subscription in October. My intro order was on a hefty discount, so I was happy enough with the order for what I paid.
Some flavors were better than others, but all are drinkable.
However, between the coffee itself being just okay, the fact that I have to use 2 - 3 servings at a time to get the flavor I want (which doesn't work well for 2 of the 4 flavors because it gets a really noticeable "artificial flavoring" taste at those concentrations) and the inflated normal pricing, after the second month, in December, I wanted to cancel my subscription. If I were paying 15 or 20, or even 30 bucks, I would probably let it slide, but at 90 dollars for 4 bottles it is ludicrous for the product received.
However, I literally cannot cancel. I tried in December, after going through their very carefully crafted site that is clearly intended to confuse and obfuscate people so they give up. When I finally made it to the subscription management, my only option is to UPDATE my order - changing quantities, adding flavors, or changing the date.
There is a small, unassuming "link" underneath the nice big update widget to cancel, but it's dead.
Clicking does nothing. Mousing over it does nothing. It's purely decoration.
Trying to update the quantities of all items in my subscription to "0" also does not work. I can remove all but one item from it, but once I change every quantity to zero, the "Save" button grays out.
Of course, the only way to contact them is to use their website.
They do not have any customer service numbers.
I will submit a request for now but given the reviews here, I have pretty dismal hopes for the outcome.
These folks are shady af. They are bad, and they should feel bad.

DoMy partner and I have both checked our emails and neither of us have an active subscription with Javy yet we were just charged AGAIN for $82.88 for and order we did not place. There is no acct that we show active and we cant even find what acct this stuff is shipping under. No way to contact customer service other than email and I dont have time to wait on a reply as I am now overdrawn due to this unauthorized charge and have monthly bills that will bounce due to this.

Make 1 order just to try their coffee they automatically sign you up for a subscription. You dont know that you have a subscription until they charge your card.
Can not get a hold of a live person to get the matter taken care of all by email.
Then they tell you its too late for them to refund your money until they receive the order back. Very poor customer service and poor business.

I ordered coffee did not subscribe but may I didn't not sure once I figured out they were sending coffee to me I canceled but now they are sending it to me again and there is no phone when you call it tells you to go to javy coffee.com and go to support telling you to send email I did now they are suppose to be in touch although I've never heard from them and I going to have get new credit card or I feel this could just go on and on
