I got an email saying please update credit card I did I still havent gotten my coffee when I look on my account. It dont make no sense because my money is already taken out of the bank.
It was taken out on December 13 but I hadnt received my copy I figured the delay was to update the credit card so I did still havent got it. Something about us coming from Amazon. Im not sure where yall send it from but Id appreciate if you would check into it for me update me. Let me know whats going on.

Thats the reason Ive done the auto pay so I would never run out. This isnt right. Its already came out of my bank account on December 13.

This is a scam. I keep receiving coffee and Ive asked for a cancellation three months in a row. I went through the proper channels and now I am going to dispute transactions.

I cant seem to get a response and I have left several emails regarding my lost package, not to mention I have attempted to change the address to deliver the same day I ordered it so that It would have more than enough time to be changed. The address was not changed and the package was never delivered.
It would be great if someone would contact me so that we could get this sorted out instead of me paying damn near $100 for something I never received. All I want is what I paid for.

I can't get a phone # to cancel my subscription that I never signed up for in the 1st place. I want a refund.
I was actually wanting to try the protein coffee, but they sent me the flavored coffee. This is a very disorganized company.

I have submitted 6 emails trying to get a return label and a request to cancel a subscription that I did not sign up for. What a rip off!
You are not able to cancel the subscription when you log into your account!!

Do you want make concern, I just recently received an order that I never placed for the amount $90.74. The last order I received I placed off of TikTok for sugar cookie and white mocha I think thats what it calls.

I did order their Protein powder. I wasn't impressed. I had made sure when I ordered that it was a single order and NOT a subscription. Next month, another order came!
I immediately contacted Javvy and told them I had not signed up for a subscription. I went ahead and paid for it, against my better judgement.
I sent them a text message saying any subscription they thought I had was to be canceled immediately. They answered my text confirming I was CANCELING. The next month, they again sent me $80 worth of.product. I again contacted them and did not even open the package.
They sent me a label to return it and I did immediately! That was over a month ago and they still have not credited my bank account!

Ripped off
I canceled any subscriptions I had with them on May 3, 2025 on June 2025. They charged my American Express for a new shipment when I called them out on it.
They told me it was too late to reverse it because I hadnt canceled in time. I have two emails from The that confirmed the cancellation on May 3. Theres such crooks.
I cant believe how theyre trying to rip me off. Besides that the product is terrible both the protein coffee and the coffee concentrate taste like ***
