The customer service phone number is no longer an option. I am not a dissatisfied customer.
We use the 2 bottles of Javy coffee very sparingly.
So I will not be needing a subscription for any future Javy. It is good, but simply do not drink it often

I ordered coffee did not subscribe but may I didn't not sure once I figured out they were sending coffee to me I canceled but now they are sending it to me again and there is no phone when you call it tells you to go to javy coffee.com and go to support telling you to send email I did now they are suppose to be in touch although I've never heard from them and I going to have get new credit card or I feel this could just go on and on

I tried to cancel on their web site at least 15 times, pages lock up and its like being on a hunt to find the correct area. I se t and email.
It said to use the customer portal which is just a way of blowing you off. I cant find a phone number and Im sick of trying already.
This has been going on for at least 3-4 weeks. Ever since I received the first and hopefully last order.

They sent me an email with a phone. LMBO! They number is no longer working!
There should be a phone number where you can talk to someone. Bad customer service in my opinion.
Emails are ok. But when I have an issue with something I want to be able to talk to a person from the company. I disabled and can no longer afford the coffee.
I was wanting to speak to someone about a refund. I know I can return it, but I was in need of being refunded and stopping shipment

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I received my order and I was supposed to received the rainbow teaspoon and the recipe booklet. The book wasnt in the box

My cup was cracked when I opened my shipment. It was wrapped in bubble wrap but when I understand unwrapped it I noticed the cup had a Crack in it.

. I'm extremely upset.
I've contacted this company. Numerous amount of times through emails, me messages and everything and nobody has ever got back in touch with me. I have not got a refund for the last order. I got an order that I did not want.
And now I'm stuck here having to send something back that I no longer wanted anyway. I do not want to be a part of this company at all.

I received my 2nd order of Javy Coffee today. I was supposed to get a summer tumbler and recipe book along with the 2 Javy Coffees'. I never got the recipe book and my tumbler was cracked in several places so no chance of using that.

I received an order dated September 9, 2024 with the ID: 0-399879**** and PO: 164****-JC. To my dismay, I have noticed that another order has been charged to my account for this month.
This means that I have been charged for two orders that I have requested to be refunded to my banking account.
While the product is of good quality, I am no longer interested due to personal concerns. I urgently require all future orders to be stopped.
Furthermore, I request immediate reimbursement for the charged amounts. This matter requires prompt attention.

I have been trying to get an answer for over a week as to how to return a shipment I did not agree to order. No response. No way to call. Don’t want billed for something I didn’t agree to.
I just want to return a shipment. Simple request .
I did not want automatic shipment. We got original, didnt like and wanted no more.
Just tell me what to do??? Dont want billed again period
