I cancelled my subscription fully with a confirmation email and everything. I got charged again $85 the next month.

They will not refund me and they said I still had a subscription and didnt fully cancel. Yes I did and they even sent me an email confirmation of the cancellation sorry to see me go. I only had one subscription ever and only received one order a month - not two. Looking at other reviews this has happened to a lot of people.

One person had to cancel their card!

No customer service person to talk to. Stay away from that company.

Impossible to reach, unable to stop shipments, this company continues to drain my checking account by sending shipments that I do not want I have followed procedure for obtaining a return label,wasted

Haven’t received order

I got an email saying please update credit card I did I still havent gotten my coffee when I look on my account. It dont make no sense because my money is already taken out of the bank.

It was taken out on December 13 but I hadnt received my copy I figured the delay was to update the credit card so I did still havent got it. Something about us coming from Amazon. Im not sure where yall send it from but Id appreciate if you would check into it for me update me. Let me know whats going on.

Thats the reason Ive done the auto pay so I would never run out. This isnt right. Its already came out of my bank account on December 13.

We're sorry to hear that our subscription model didn't work out for you. While we are a subscription-first company, we offer the option to place one-time purchases.

However, it seems that you have selected our Subscribe & Save option when your placed your order on August 25th. This granted you a discounted price, free insured shipping, and a free gift with your purchase. We sent emails confirming your order as well as welcoming you to the subscription program and sent another email informing 3 days before your first subscription order was to be shipped.

This should be in your inbox, but depending on your settings may have ended up in your spam or promotions folder. One of our agents is in contact with you now to assist you.

This is a scam. I keep receiving coffee and Ive asked for a cancellation three months in a row. I went through the proper channels and now I am going to dispute transactions.

Hi there Susan, We're sorry for the confusion here. Taking a look at your order history with us, you've orders with us twice that prompted subscriptions.

The first subscription you created was cancelled back in March, but you placed a second subscription order in June. This is why a rebill was prompted for late July.

Our team has reached out a number of times to assist you with returning the orders you've received back to our warehouse, but it doesn't seem that you've sent them back for a refund. That said, we can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled again.
