Sending orders I did not request
I bought javy coffee for a 1 time purchase...they are charging me and sending order after multiple emails saying did not like there coffee...trying to find. A phone number to call them and cannot find a 1 800 number to talk to them

Because I canceled my subscription order altogether . But they still sent it. I do not want it.. it was not to my taste.. not for me.
Maybe a customer service phone that works. Ordered only one time to try it out..
they auto put me on a subscription plan.. I canceled it and they still sent the stuff..
I don't really care for it.. not for me at all..

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally reached out with an email and were able to cancel my account and refund me my money. They were very nice about it, once I got their attention
The first email wasn't responded to, but the second one I received a response in about 24 hours. They recommended that I cancel my own service, but the buttons to do so online still didn't work. They canceled my account for me and were very kind about their service.
I have tried to manage my javy subscription online but the online site doesn't work. So, instead I want to cancel it because if I can't manage it I don't want it. In addition, while Ive been trying to cancel it, they charged me $90 for something I dont want.

First, I received a spoon and a very cheap cup that I will never used, after advertising a recipe book and a mystery gift. Second, there is no contact number to call them and discuss the issue.
Third, when I try to email them with my email address, which is required, of course, I get an error message saying this email address is already being used. What a joke.

tried to up date my subscription,dont need that much coffee every month.Website doesnt work,it freezes every time I decided to cancel and same issue..emailed them and got the were busy right now but will get back to you. I had no idea it would be this difficult to work with this company.. would have never ordered from them

I just wanted to try it and ordered some different flavors. Somehow I was registered for a subscription and then charges almost $100 a month later.
Of course I tried to get a hold of customer service and this company HAS NO PHONE NUMBER! Just email!
Its been 48 hours with no reply. I will never ever order from this company again!!!

No response. I accidentally subscribed and now want to cancel the subscription.
Website freezes up when I click manage my subscription. No response to two emails that I sent to support. Too bad that its a great project because the website and customer service is horrible!!!
Just cancel the subscription! It shouldnt be this stressful!!!

My one bottle is open its the French Vanilla and the coffee instant Latte I did not order the other are perfect.
Preferred solution: A new bottle of French Vanilla. And I can send you back the broken one.

I cancelled my subscription and returned the shipment, you sent two shipments in one week .you have received the second shipment now but you haven't refunded the amount back to me yet!!! When can I expect to receive this matter taken care of. Patricia Oakex
Trying to get a hold of you due to an order I did not place I was charged for
My credit card was charged for an order I didnt place and sent to an address. I havent lived up for three years.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription since August 21st I have sent at least 2 emails a day and no one responds and the website keeps freezing
I still have not heard from this company JAVY it’s been since August 21st and today August 26th I emailed them 15 times
I am extremely pissed and would not recommend anyone order this product it is impossible to get any help

I made it very clear that I didn't want it. So hopefully they have taken care of it.
First off I never signed up for this I just wanted to try it. Well, I tried it once don't like it.
Nothing against the company. People love it just not me. Navigating around your website is a nightmare. You guys make it so you can't cancel.
Red flag for me. So when the next order gets here I will be sending it back.
Just refund me and cancel me. That's all I want.
